Need ACD Admin Manual

Does anyone have a link to the complete ACD Programming or Administration for Nortel - or the link to download on Nortel site (I have username & password to download but can't find the book) - or a link to download would be nice

I found that one - I was looking for the actual admin manual that tells how to incorporate acd from beginning to end I had the book but I think my vendor actually picked it up

The book rfwhite refers to is "the book" on ACD. But you may be referring to the book with all LD23 ACD prompts and possible responses, such as are here:
