need a shortcode to transfert to voicemail 1

Hi there
i need help seting up a shortcode using voicemail collect in order to give my client the possibility to transfert calls to voicemail directly by using #extension, for example :
#34xx "#"34N Voicemail collect
the system always remove the first " caracter when i try this, i don't know why ?

i'm on IP500 V1 5.0.24

When you set it, instead of voicemail collect, use dial, click ok, then go back and change it to voicemail collect and it will stay.
