Need a reference guide and/or a full specification of the libraries

I am new to C++ programming and I would like a good reference guide that quickly goes over all keywords, and maybe an example for each. Just a good sorta syntax guide mainly.

I am also looking for the complete specification of the standard libraries that are available to me. I would like an in detail listing that explains all the classes and fields/methods of those classes.

I know these have to be out there on the web somewhere!
