Need a program for UNIX to make command buttons and more

Is there any program for Solaris UNIX that you could use like visual basic in windows to make menus or to make any graphical program? Or like in access for windows, (prefer a free program for using to make like command buttons and so far).

Take a look on Perl-Tk. It´s very powerful to make
graphical interfaces, although it is normally
programmed from scratch (I mean with a normal
text editor).

There are also a visual environment for programming
with Perl-Tk, that you can obtain here:
