I'm sorry I have seen a couple of posts regarding this issue but none answer my Question.
I have a CS1000 and callpilot.
I have a switchboard 5200) that is forward at night to a security desk (5201), if the security desk does not answer I need them (5201) to get the voicemail.
This was setup before me and suddenly stopped working. It has defaulted back to going to the original DN voicemail.
All assistance is appreciated.
