Need a header and footer

I just created a form and it only has a detail section. Is there a way to add a header and footer?

Above and below our detail section should be bars that say Form Header and Form Footer. Just drag them up and down respectively.

Hi Russ!

In the form's design view, go to the menu bar and click on view. Then select View Header/Footer.
