I need to find out if any of you have ever used a SAN Simulator and have had good luck with it. I am looking for a Simulator that will simulate a specific distance for remote replication. We have a need to replicate over a longer than normal distance in sync mode. If you have any reccomendations for a solution that will do this please let me know. We have the exact network layout for the fiber network from the provider, hops, equipment, etc. Just do not want to spend the millions on the fiber equipment.

Suggestions,

first of all, over what distance are you replicating ?
Is it TCPIP replication you are talking about ?

About 210 miles and we are not using TCPIP. It will be over DWDM.
