Without DPro is there a decent way to get a list of all mailboxes on an Aria250? We are going to change it out for CallPilot and need to start gathering info

That or mailbox manager.

If you need it we can download the info and email it to you for a fee.

Ken - thanks for the offer, I will keep it in mind, but workign for a bank the 'for a fee' part is where I will run into a problem.....funny how that works. I think somewhere around I have seen DPro so maybe I can get that working.

you could always try to capture a short form report on your laptop or PC

You can also use mailbox builder to pull the info.

The mailbox builder was a program that used excel and procom scripts to pull all of the mailbox info from the system. Everything but the password that is. See below. You can also do the same thing with Mailbox manager. If your system is above rel 3.0 then you should have received the mailbox manager program with the upgrade

Mailbox # Mailbox Type Mailbox Name Dept Extension Attendant Destination Calling Group Class of Service Outcalling Auth Code Outcalling Phone No. Pager Type Caller Prompting MWI Allowed Mailbox Language New Temp Password Unheard Message Reminder 1 2 3 4 5 Application Mailbox Community Number Group ID Express Address Alias Address Extension Mailbox Attendant Schedule After Hours Mailbox Fwd Destination Node Fwd Destination Mailbox Int Link Number 1 2 3 E-MAIL Access Mailbox VPMOD ID Fax Cover Sheet Type

Thank Ken...We are at 3.10.08-1 so I will look around for mailbox builder too

You should have mailbox manager on a CD. The mailbox builder you would not have unless you downloaded it from the website before they removed it.

I noticed this thread talking about gathering information from an OCTEL 250 Aria. Can anyone help me get this information. All the CD's we have are long gone.

We are getting ready to change the Octel 350 out to a Call Pilot and want to be able to pull the information from the Octel, example: Mailboxes, Types, COS, Names etc.

Chief - It's the same thing I'm doing so I would guess the same applies. If you're like me you took over the system from someone who thought "documentation" as a BAD (and I mean REALLY BAD) word.

JcBWF,
You are so correct on that. Also they think, "Why should I keep the software around"? I won't ever need it...
