Hi,
I'm trying to connect a wired headset to the above handset but cant find a port on the handset, is there a upgrade board for the actual handset to provide a port?, but have found that you can program a headset key on the feature keys, can someone help as it doesnt make sense surely if there is a button to turn headset on/off then there must be a physical port?
Any help will be grateful

Hi

think the only way to get a headset working on an NEC XN120 system phone is with a Plantronics HL10 handset lifter http://www.plantronics.com/uk/product/hl10

you plug the headset into the handset port but leave the handset in place for the lifter to operate the switch hooks

not very pretty but it works

that was one of the improvements they made with the SL1100
