April Weeks
Technical User
We have voicemails set up to forward to email (on premises Exchange 2016 server) and are regularly getting odd "duplicate" voicemails several days, or sometimes weeks, after the original voicemail arrived. The header will always say it was received on an invalid date and the duration will be 0m 0s. The attachment will be a voicemail that was previously received by another user (successfully), and the email goes to a random user, not the person it was originally meant for.
Here's what the headers look like:
Voice Message Arrived on Invalid Date 0/0/0 @ 12:00 AM
Name: WIRELESS CALLER
Number: xxx-xxx-xxxx
Duration: 0m 0s

Our phone vendor just recommended we reboot the phone system. But the problem keeps recurring. I'd estimate we get maybe 5-10 of these duplicate glitchy voicemails per week. Has anyone else ever seen this before?
