NEC UM8000 Voicemail card Failing to start

Good Day,
May you kindly assist me with the challenge I am having whereby UM8000 VM card is failing to start.
The VM time is displaying 25 September 2007, and I can only log onto it when I change my PC date.
When I connect and try to start it using server control, I get an error that [THE VOICE MESSAGING SOFTWARE IS NOT STARTED.]
There are some 4 updates but when i try to download them , i get no response.
The Product version is 11.4.0.24

Check for proper licensing. The PC + system + UM-8000 time must be the same to start initially. Use 10-55 to find the ip address

Good day,
I have checked the licensing and found it ok b
I did an upgrade but the date and time is still wrong
I tested the RTC battery and its charged up with 2.95V.
Attached are the snap shorts for the errors.
I am in the middle of integrating and this has affect me.

As I said before, the dates must match. Does not have to be today's date. Match your PC to the UM server date displayed.
