NEC Topaz stuck, phones display ..<1>..

HI
I have nec topaz at my house, it was working fine. Then suddenly phones display ..<1>..
Topaz light indicator is steady .
I couldn't access to program mode either through phones or webpro.
anyone faced same problem can help me?

we have many experience like that try changing the systems power supply

Dear belevedere, yes i did cold reset , i even removed the battery to ensure to clear the ram.

Dear roldix27, I did replace the power supply. I have an expansion and i used its power supply

May be time for a new system. If the steps you did will not get it to recover, then it may be a dead KSU.
Try disconnecting everything from the system except 1 phone. They do a factory default.

Note: Remove both memory package and A1 Card.
