NEC System with UM8700/ ON NEC 5800 EXPRESS Server reboots continuously.

I have recently acquired a customer who has a larger NEC System I went to the site and all I saw there was the NEC 5800 Server and a usb in the server UM8700. I am familiar with the smaller NEC Systems. I have access to the system. I need a support engineer and am willing to pay. The customers phones keep rebooting every day multiple times a day. They have noticed that when the system goes down it is at the same time there network internet goes down. The system has 150 or more phones.

What system is this? Are they all IP phones relying on the network for power and data?

It appears that some of the phones are IP but some are coming off a 1u box with a 25 pair amphenol cable. I will Be honest I am going this morning to further diagnose. If you are available for support that would be great. I have no problem paying. I honestly still am not sure exactly what Nec system it is. I'm use to seeing a cabinet.
