I have recently acquired a customer who has a larger NEC System I went to the site and all I saw there was the NEC 5800 Server and a usb in the server UM8700. I am familiar with the smaller NEC Systems. I have access to the system. I need a support engineer and am willing to pay. The customers phones keep rebooting every day multiple times a day. They have noticed that when the system goes down it is at the same time there network internet goes down. The system has 150 or more phones.
