Hello,

I'm curious if there is a way to list the Direct Inward Dialing numbers from the PCPro software. We have a range of about 3000 phone numbers and I have been unable to determine whether a line is a DID or not, other than directly dialing it. Just trying to learn more about this NEC system I've inherited.

Thank you.

You have to get your list of available numbers from your telecom provider.

There are 10 kinds of people in the World.

Those that understand Binary and those that don't.

What system have you got? Try LCDD it will tell you the last digits of the DIDs and what extension they go to. If you know your DID range(s) you can work it out from there.
