Hello,

I have configured MG SIP for the SIP trunk between Cisco CM and NEc Sv9500, presenlty i am facing a issue to make an outgoing call from Cisco, which should seize PRI trunk (routeRT120) from NEC(but local calls are going trough Route 21),problem with National calls, which is not going through.
any suggestions?

ARTD -CDN 66 for your SIP route make it 15 , make sure route to route is allowed.

Thanks for the response.
ARTD-CDN 66 is already 15 and ARRC and ARSC is all allowed for the routes.

Have you set up ACPNCL so the numbering on the Cisco CM shows the proper ANI? Had an issue in the past that the carrier would reject the call because only 4 digits (the extension) was being sent out.
