We have a ring group set up for one of our departments.
If a call comes in on the main line 5 phones ring.
If someone picks up the call and another call comes in the remaining phones have a lamp that flashes indicating a call has come in but, they do not ring.
How can we have the remaining phones ring instead of just flashing?

You can use group call feature .. it is nice one . See example below

I am not a phone guy, I do not know how to check CMD 9001

Thank you SuperJijo,
I do not know how to use the example you gave.
My job is data networks, not voice but, this has been thrown in my lap.
Step by step would be helpful.
If you don't have time, where can I learn this quickly?

What is your level of experience with this system? Have you any programming knowledge of the system?

Some. I can find my way around using instructions I have created.
Mostly basics, we had a phone guy that handled the programming but, he is no longer available.
My experience is mainly through system data settings rather than command line.
I do however, have experience with Linux based appliances, servers, switches, and routers.

No, we do not have a PCPro maintenance program.

First step .. You must have Maintenance program well kmown as PcPro :) . This will be your start point .

You can find PcPro or not ?

We have PcPro installed on our server. I use it to configure the phones.
I know most of the basic commands.
