Hi All,

May I ask if what is exactly the file format do we need for external hold tone aside for being a .wav file . Is it the same format required for SL2100/Sv9100 Also.

There is no option to upload an audio file to SV9300. You can either record it through phone or use external MOH jack for playback from an external player.
