I have NEC SV9100 PBX recently installed with a sip trunk connection from service provider.from the beginning I have a problem with whole pbx unit get freeze and auto restart when start to dial local extensions (4 digit numbers)When start to dial 3 digit out of 4 digit extension number system get freeze and auto restart and come back to normal. when i dial same extension again it works. this will happened different extension different times.

Please give me a solution. We don't have VOIP phone only having digital phones and analog phones.

My initial thought is an IP conflict, however I have not seen this type of issue before. Can you disconnect from your network and duplicate the problem?
I suggest presenting the log file to your vender and/or NEC for anaylsis.
