NEC SV9100 PRI link channels monitoring

Hello
Please support how I can monitor EURO ISDN PRI link channels and trace outgoing calls via these channels. I'm experienced with Nortel Meridian1, but not familiar with NEC. Does NEC can provide similar visibility like Meridian1 during debugging of calls via PRI channel?

The only way to monitor is with the debug terminal. Used by NEC NTAC.

No, you need to work with NEC NTAC for the debug.

NEC contractor engineer is working, but can't show me same PRI channel messaging like I had with Nortel station. Engineer trouble or NEC limitation for such kind details?

The SV9100 System Maintenance Manual covers how to enable and use debug terminal. Good luck finding it on necntac.com though. I'll leave this link here for a while so you can download it if you want.

AHH! one of those, "I want things the way I am used to even though this isn't what I'm used to" threads. It would perhaps be easier if you told us the problem you are trying to debug rather than asking how to do something you are not familiar with and don't have access to because you shouldn't need this! I'm too old to deal with the petulant tone of this kind of thread, your tone gives the impression of a toddler stamping their feet.

So now what is the problem and do you want the help of those here still willing to help?

Hello old man aka Ozzie I want to trace ISDN link and see in readable format digits and etc. can you show me the sample, how to do?

already had that maintenance guide. trace output only in HEX?

During troubleshooting I want to see digits sent to provider side, digits received from them and causes. Trouble is solved right now, but my question still remain.
