Hello All,

Is it possible if 2 SIP extensions are created as pilots and members of the Multi-Device Group feature? Because when I tested activating the feature using access code 799, it still didn't work ("the number you have dial is not in service)

Are the extensions set for Portal mode in cmd15-05 as MDG is not compatible with portal mode!
?
