Is it possible to upload audio into the NEC SV9100 and not install an external Message on Hold player. Running into issues with an external player, I've tried 2, music sounds like crap but voice over sounds fine. Playing the audio files on the PC and music is clear but piping it through the SV9100 it sounds over modulated. Have had the audio redone twice now in different formats and still same problem.

Try logging in as USER1 + 1111 in WEBPro. Look for MOH/VRS. For VRS you need a license.
