Hi All,
My issues are many. I lost my certified NEC Engineer and I am struggling to correct some issues until we hire a replacement. These should be simple tasks but I cannot get this to work. First issue is I have DID pointed at a virtual extension which has call fwd to the voicemail pilot 3999 . I have a tried with a personal box and a group box but neither seem to work as I get a message that says your call cannot go through and then times out to the main AA. I am using PC Pro.
Second issue is checking a mailbox remotely or from another phone. I cannot seem to get to the prompt to enter a password. I get stuck in a loop
