Hi, can also someone help me on how to set-up our auto attendant with the following press option for digit, extention number, day and night greeting and for holiday greetings? I have a system administrator phone handset model DT400 24D, but I see no Vmsg display on the handset panel to record our personal greetings. I also have 5 trunks to receive incoming calls. Please help. Thank you in advance.

That is a bit much for an end user to do. We would first need to see how things are presently set up. You would need to get a copy of PCPro, or do everything using WEBPro.
The 1 digit dialing is done in MB 47-13, however without more details I would only guess that you are using dial action table 1 for day mode options. Generally the settings are, unscreened trf to XXX, or a specific extension. Note, unless you have the newest software, you cannot set 1 as XXX (any extension) and 10X a specific extension.
D/N/H greetings usually require setting up mode switching, which is somewhat involved with many MB's. No VM softkey may mean that there is no mailbox assigned. Look at MB 47-02. Note in that system, VM boxes are licensed. If you ran out of licenses then you need to purchase more. They are also assigned in numeric order in 47-02.
I suggest you contact your vendor to do these changes.

If you only need a couple of mailboxes, you can use group mailboxes as they aren't licensed.

I believe 15 of those are avilable. You can add those mailboxes using MB 47-03. Just change an existing MBox number to the extension number that needs one. If it already exists, the program will let you know with an error message.

Sirs, I have the following license feature, could you please evaluate?

Feature No Group Name Feature Name
0031 System feature License NAT traversal
0080 SV9100 Web Video Conference
0300 System Port
0411 Version R1
0412 Version R2
0413 Version R3
0414 Version R4
0415 Version R5
0416 Version R6
1001 VM Embedded VRS Port
1404 VM InSkinUMS UMS Client
1406 UMS Multi Language
5001 System Port License IP Trunk
5103 System feature License VoIP Channel
5111 System Port License IP Terminal
5201 System feature License Mobile extension

if we are possible to default auto attendant if not for customize attendant with company greetings?

And Sirs do we have a default kind of attendant in the SV9100 systems? Does it need to be activated and what was the operator message if there's any? ---actually this was the vendor said to me...really a default attendant?

I only needed one greeting at all times with press option for digits if possible? Thank you in advance.

24/7 Auto Attendant; memory block assignments;
22-02, all trunks for mode 1 set to normal (except for PRI/SIP trunks)
22-05, all trunks for mode 1 set to 102 (inmail)
47-12, all set to not undefined
47-11, default mailbox category, routing, box number 1
record a greeting to replace the default greeting, press VM soft key, dial 72 + 4 + 001, follow prompts
one key dialing options, 47-13. most use un-screened transfer to XXX = any extension. the digit selected depends on your extension number plan, EX: extensions are 100-199, set 1 to UNSCRTRF, XXX.

Sir,

I really don't have my VM softkey so I supposed I will be using my Default greeting. Can you make your Instructions clearer for some reasons
it is very technical for me to understand terms used in NEC language. By the way what do you mean by (except for PRI/SIP trunks) all my trunk are set to normal? Thank you very much for your reply.

Some things are best left for a trained technician. I suggest you call your NEC dealer to set this up for you.

Sir does it mean if I don't have VMsg on my dt430 24d, I still have to purchase license. Base from my post above?

Seems you don't have individual mailbox licences. The VM license you have is for vrs which allows for Auto Attendant. Depending on the system numbering plan dial 716 5 001 see if anything plays back.

As another poster stated you're probably best getting a trained technician.

Sir actually I have a recorded message whenever I dial 716 5 001. Can I used it as my default auto attendant with the following press option for digit, extention number, day and night greetings? Could you assist me on how to apply my recorded voice message on pabx sv9100 if anybody would try to call out trunk lines? Can you verify my license picture above if applicable and what are licenses we have to purchase in order to have an auto attendant? Thank you in advance.

We are basically all saying this is too complicated for an end user to do. Is there a specific reason you can't/wont call a tech in?

Yes I know it's complicated but somehow maybe you could just give me idea or type here which one should I edit in PABX programming? I only wanted to know why our vendor did not setup our auto attendant based from the purchased license posted above, if you would mind to look on my post above. Thank you in advance and sorry for my repeated questions. I only wanted to learn and asked your help.

What you are asking for is virtually impossible to do without knowing how your system has been programmed. Any suggestions here may "break" what you already have functioning. If you can obtain a recent back up of your system database and post it here, someone can look it over and make suggestions on how to modify it. You best option is to call in your vendor and have them modify it and teach you at the same time. If you have an issue with your vendor, then contact NEC and reach out to find another one.
