NEC SV9100 Calling autoattendant internally

Hi. We've recently become an NEC dealer. I got certified on the SV9100 and I've installed a few SL2100's. One problem I've been having and can't figure out is calling the auto-attendant internally. I can get everything working with it but the only way I've found to test it is to call in on an outside line. I can't use the voicemail group number (3999 default) because that just takes me to voicemail and can't dial the IRG 102. I'm missing something.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Thanks for the quick reply. I realize I could loop back to a CO port, but I was hoping there was a way to dial an extension number or code to get to the auto-attendant and it would be much more convenient. Is that the only solution?
 
Try dialing the pilot number from an exetnsion that has no vm box, it should go to the main greeting. A virtual extension.
 
you can do it with loopbacks, setup your loopback ports and numbers and you can use them in the DDI table as a normal trunk going to A/A.
 
I tried calling from an extension that had no mailbox. Just get vm prompt to enter mailbox number. Looks like loopback is the way to go. Will work if I have ports available, which isn't always the case. Thanks fr the help!
 
In 47-02, check the box for item 13 and put 1 in box 14, next call routing box. When you are in a mailbox listening to a greetin, press #, it should take you to the main greeting.
 
That works! Thanks. I also found that calling in from my cell, answering the call and transferring to 3999 gives me the autoattendant. Thanks again for the help!
