I am trying to get A Party CLID pass through to work on manually transferred calls. I can get divert no answer calls to pass the A Party CLID but not calls which have been answered then manually transferred offsite
If you have a basically fixed set of numbers you transfer to, you should be able to define virtual extensions that are no-answer forwarded to a desired external number. Then, set these virtuals in an unused Timer Class in 20-29, set 20-31-15 to 1 or 2 seconds for that Timer Class. Users would transfer caller to virtual extension which would ring 1 or 2 seconds then forward off-premise. One second timing worked on SIP trunks.
Using SiP Trunking based in New Zealand. Vendor uses either TGRP or PAI/PPI with a preference for PAI. I know this can be done on an Avaya but cant see how on the NEC SV9100. I have looked at Command 84-39 for SiP customization but cant get it to work. The other area I suspect may enable this is Command 10-29-14 SiP Carrier Choice. System is running Rel 12 software on a CP20
I am wanting to be able to pass any A Party CLID through on a manual transfer if possible.
Look at 14-01-24 and 15-03-15. The idea of using VE with a delay makes sense since your outbound CID is set the instant you send the call and why diverting works vs manual. The beauty with that method as it can be used for both instances simplifying it.
