Hello , Techs

Nec Dterm Desk Phone Series I Display shows R.I.P. not time when Idle believe Some one left Message
when 2 Extensions Busy programmed Message Button not sure is there a way to find the Extension that did this.
Or how can you cancel it!
Tried to Cancel but also look in Features and Code all *1 -*9 and #1 - #9 AND ** AND ## DIDN'T find SID , SIDA
Code for this enable and this is a Hospital and Phones for Emergency room part of Hospital!

R.I.P. little Strange any help would be great!
Still have 1 Phone with this on Display when Idle when offhook show time date like it should!

Thanks, Bill

R.I.P. means that this extension was removed from ACD improperly. Recreate the extension in the ACDPOS data with the extension and the virtual extension that it once had. The only other option is to reset the CCWX ACD server, but make sure that the ACDPOS data is fully removed.

Thanks belevedere , look this over thinking why it took this long to do this but seem to remember REST Mode.
Operator Feature could leave a message but thanks again great not many of these had ACD Groups!

R.I.P is an unfortunate acronym, I believe it stands for Registration in progress but it means the same both ways
