NEC SV8300 HELP FOR PROGRAMMABLE KEY 2

i have system sv8300, 4 analog trunks, a digital phone DT400 series. I've assigned programmable keys 2 to 5(D000-D003) after I made a call the programmable keys wont turn off after the call. appreciate your help nor this problem related to system version? thanks

There is an additional program step required for direct trunk appearance keys. CMD 3018 Trunk Line (Direct) Appearance-Multiline Terminal by individual trunk must be set to allow (0). At default it is deny.

Check 1205 for extensions. and you may have to access it again before it turns off.

Thanks belevedere it was solved right a way using command 3018. how can i rename my trunk? from D000 change to 2345678. Appreciate your help. Thanks

this is for programmable key assignment. first button my line then the second will be D000. and i want my D000 to change to its trunk number so i will know what trunk line number im using.

The most you can get is 4 digits. I usually use the last 4 of the phone number. For PRI trunks I use the 2 digit card sense wheel number followed by the last 2 digits of the PRI trunk number.

Can i also ask about my programmable key assignment, i want it to function like the dynamic dial pad wherein without pressing speaker or off hook the handset it will automatically gives a dial tone when i press my programmable key.

I already set command 15>120 allow, but it is only functional on the dial digit of the digital phone and i want the same function to my programmable key button, that i can just press the programmable key button without pressing the speaker or off-hook the handset, it will automatically gives a dial tone. thanks belevedere and -srg-. it was command 08>199>0 not reqiured. I have another problem. my chassis1 shutsdown what could be the problem? its functional then a couple of hours IT will be disconnected i tried to ping my system its ok then just the chassis 1 steady red and green display, is it the power supply of my chassis 1 or the BS11? thanks
