NEC SV8300 DSS/BLF question

I am trying to program a dss/blf key via a speed dial on the telepfone using the feature key. When I program it the speed dial works but I don't get a BLF on that button. Any help would be appreciated.

An outside dialed number will not light the LED. Only internal DSS numbers. What are you programming under the button?

Found the issue another extension was set up with the same speed dial bins. Thanks for your help
