NEC sv8100 UM8000 Auto Attendant issue

System has been working for several Years

If you call the main number you hear dead silence after 1 ring
If I keep the line open and call from another phone then the auto attendant message plays like normal

So the auto attendant only seems to work if the first line is busy

No changes to config were made, so I am kinda stumped as to what to check
 
Make sure you can call (intercom) the extensions assigned to the UM8000.
 
Look at that port and make sure no features got turned on by accident..DND cfwd etc.
