Currently no matter which phone I call out from, the outside sees the same number displayed on their caller ID.

Where in the system could i choose what CID is displayed from each extension?

Try MB 21-19. This sets CID by extension. It should override the CID by trunk.

Thanks for the reply.

This looks like it is the right place but when added my DID to my extension and call out i still get the main number on the CID. I have talked to my carrier and they have it set up on their end to allow me to control the outgoing caller ID. I even had them try the other way just to make sure.

Is there anywhere else where this feature would need to be activated to work?

Well forget that last post, I found ISDN CLIP was turned off. As soon as i turned it on the CID is working great now. Thanks for the help.
