I recently just got a new phone system and when you call one of the DID's it rings on a VE to 4 phones. If it is not answered I would like it to go to the voicemail on the main desk in the front. Is there any way to do this?

You don't typically send it (a virtual ext MB message) to a specific extension/station MB, you send it to "it's mailbox." Then you put a "77" key (in-skin voice mail) on the set you want to send those VM's to. If you don't have a spare key on that set, then they'll have to check it at some interval. I haven't tried it, but I don't think you can use virt. ext. CFAC to the destination either. The system will look to put it in the virt. ext. MB if one is set up. There's really no program entry to I can think of at the moment that allows you to re-direct a specific station voice mail messages to "other" mailboxes

The in-skin voice mail function key works great! Thank you!
