We would like our main line ring all the phones, or at least a group of phones. I have dug through the Web UI, but can't find this options. We have about 32 receivers.
Do the following;
22-02 mode 1 = normal
22-05 mode 1 set trunks to ring group 1
22-04 mode 1 assign all phones you want to ring here
If you want to overflow to AA if not answered do the following;
22-08 set to 102 (Auto Attn)
22-01-04 set to ~ 20 seconds
For InMail to play the same greeting day and night, set 47-12 to undefined.
47-11, default mailbox to routing box 1. record a greeting in box 001.
NOTE: make sure that each phone has every trunk appearance under a button, or use loop keys.
If 47-12 is set to undefined then it does nothing. If it is set to function on a day or range of days, then during that time it goes to, in your case routing mailbox 1. all other times and days it looks at the setting in 47-11 - default mailbox (right side of the screen). At a station allowed administrator rights, press VM button, dial 74 + 4 + 001 to hear greetings in box 1 (001).
Routing mailboxes and station mailboxes are not the same.
If 47-11 and 47-12 have the first entry populated with station set to 152, does this mean that station 152 is the default voicemail greeting for incoming calls?
47-12 determines what message is played and at what time. All days/times not specified look at 47-11, default mailbox for the message to be played.
Usually it is set to routing mail box, however you can specify an extension box. The number placed here is the mailbox number NOT the extension number. Refer to 47-02 to find out what the mailbox number VS. extension number is.
