NEC SV8100 -- can't enter characters for names 1

I am working on an NEC SV8100 system and using WebPro. In 15-01-01 when I try to change the names, I am not able to enter any characters. 0 (zero) is the only character that sticks. I keep getting a pop-up error message that says "ENTER ANY CHARACTER". I thought it might be the browser but neither Firefox or Chrome works. Same error.
Such a simple task and it won't work.

Try using PCPro. I have had similar issues with WEBPro. Browser version VS. system software version.

My version of PC Pro is corrupt.

You should be able to get a fresh download from NTAC. I saw it there last week.

Use internet explorer (not edge) and should work fine.
Known issue with chrome, Firefox, edge, etc
