Hello everyone! It has been a while since I’ve been on this forum. I just purchased a NEC SV8100 phone system with 1 phone handset from my local Goodwill. I have been able to log into the configuration settings over IE and have been able to set up basic programming settings but there’s some thing I need some help with. I purchased a separate CD4COTB analog trunk card and installed it in slot #5 because it came with a PRI card. How do I go about setting this card up and programming the analog trunk settings; as of right now I have a busy signal and on the phone handset, it says busy? I’m just hoping to get the basic programming for this to make it work to be able to call outside numbers with my Google Voice 2 line box; that and because I know very little about these NEC phone systems. Thanks so much in advance!

Goodwill!? Wow. Seriously, pull the PRI and initialize the system. It will put the trunk appearances etc in order.

Awesome, thank you for responding and for the info, much appreciated!
