Dear All,

We had a problem when UC Suite launches I get the error "No Client seats available for License"
before this case happened, PC UC was restart because had problem with power electricity after that PC turn on again and launched UC suite
application this notification was appears (Invalid Licsense)

5111 System port licsense for IP terminal just upload (qty 8)
5301 Desktop Application for UCS Softphone client just upload (qty 2)

Does anyone have a similar experience?and how can we resolve?
Thanks all

This process usually works for us... (from NTAC)

This happens based on how the UC suite and PBX were brought online. To correct this do the following.

Steps:

1. Go to the CTI Driver ICON. Disable it and then re-Enable it using the drop-down button.

2. Go to Services under Administrative Tools, then STOP and START RPCTI.

3. Go to UC Services Configuration ICON; "Restart Services" then when complete press "Refresh From System".

If an error is experienced during step 3, try all steps again. If error persists, there is some other problem like PBX programming or firewall block.

If no error is experienced, launch UC Suite to log in.

thanks for your reply this message, at our customer we don't use the UC server, we only use Sotfphone there with 2 PC
and if 1 PC succed login to UC, another PC cant login and a notification appears "No Client seats available for License"
is there something wrong/missing with the license?

thanks
