NEC SL2100 Voice Mail

Hi,

I have a few NEC SL2100 office phones currently. Our voicemail one day stopped working. I tried fixing the issue but now when I press the VM soft key, it forwards over to extension 109 --to another office phone. Where can I fix this issue in the programing? Thanks.

Did the pilot number change for the vmail. It should be 3999 by default. Form 11 department group 50
