NEC SL1100 software update

Hi all .
I have a concern. here I would like to update my Nec SL1100 v7.21 each time I receive this message (Firmware update cannot proceed because there is not enough free space.)
could you help me .

second point: I can neither receive a call on the line nor make an outgoing call as soon as I pick up it hangs up automatically

What method of update are do attempting? Also, 7.21 is a fairly recent version. What is the need for the update? As for you other issue, have you tried a system reset?

Are you updating using a CF, PCPRo, or WEBPro? The only time I got that message is when using a CF to upgrade. I suggest using PCPro.
