I need assistance with reprogramming a NEC SL1100. I have a new customer that has an NEC SL1100 with a default setup. Problem is, it's not what that had. For unknown reasons, another Technician (not me) defaulted the system and did not perform a backup and then could not reprogram the system to what they had. They called me and I'm trying to help. I have worked on maybe two NEC phone systems and that was only troubleshooting a defective phone. The customer wants all incoming calls on all lines ringing on extension 101. No voicemail, no over flow to another extension, nothing. When they leave for lunch, the operator (ext 101) presses a "NIGHT MODE" button on the phone which made all incoming calls go directly to extension 101 voicemail box. Actually, the customer is not sure what the voicemail box number was but it notified on 101. They follow the same plan for after business hours, weekends and holidays. This sounds simple enough and probably is but I can't make the night mode to voicemail box 101 work. They also do not want any of the other extension to have voicemail. The system has 4 CO lines, 16 digital stations. Operator has a 24 button phone, all others are 12 button. I did update the software on the system and the time is set. They can access all four lines to make outgoing calls and I have them only ringing on extension 101, but that's it. Any help would be appreciated. Thnnks!!

Are you sure it wasn't a Virtual Mailbox? For Night Mode DIL all the lines to a Virtual Extension in 22-02. Program Call Forward Immediate to the Voice Mail Pilot in 24-09. Program the Virtual Mailbox on Ext.101 in 15-07. Program your mailboxes in 47-02.

Yes, probably so. I didn't think about that. Appreciate the guidance.
