have networked sl1100 side a has pri side b dials out through this pri
has worked fine for couple of years now users on side b dial to get out are getting a camp bsy msg on phone and cant dial out
yet another user at same time can dial out on side b any ideas
First thoughts...
The VoIP cards have 16 channels (unless you licensed them for 32.) Do you have IP phones or SIP trunks that might be competing for these resources?
Is it possible all the trunks on the PRI but one were busy at the time and the phone that worked grabbed the last free channel?
Did you check 21-02 to make sure the outbound route for the extensions was correct?

I did think of the possibility of pri channels being used up I think this is my issue will have to trouble shoot further
will double check 21-02 although I think if this was not correct they would never be able to dial out
