Ok guys,
This is my first NEC SL1100. I seem to have everything working properly. Except for the following: We have a Routing Mail Box built giving the caller two options for dialing. Press "1' (transfers them to Virtual Extension 126). Press "2" (transfers them to Virtual Extension 127). The calls ring the appropriate extensions. And go to the Voice Mail for each one after 5 rings. But what I need to happen, is for the calls to go straight to the appropriate Voice Mails and not ring the extensions if possible. If not, I need to reduce the number of rings before it goes to Voice Mail. Thanks in advance for your help

In the dial action table set the dial digit to recording 2 to IXXX. That will send the caller directly to the mailbox and not play a greeting, just take a message. NOTE: the I is in caps and XXX is the extension number.

Thanks. First problem solved. I will start a new thread for my second problem
