So lets see if I am asking the right question here.

I have a customer with an NEC SL1100 system that isn't hardly 2yrs old yet.
There is a setting so that when an incoming calls rings in they get an auto attendant which gives them the option to dial directly to an extension.
This has been working until suddenly it stopped a few weeks back and Just a few days ago let me know.
Now when the call comes in they get the same auto attendant but when they dial the extension it sends them over to the main receptionist extension.
I would like to know why it change but just as much as how to correct this.
Any help is very much appreciated and if more info is needed please let me know.

First, make sure the system is in the day mode. With the default access codes, 718 + 01 will place the system in day mode 1. Then test it. You do not mention what type of trunks they have. Potts, SIP, PRI?
Also, test with a land line. This may be a cell phone DTMF issue especially with iphones (known issue). In which case it's not hearing the digits and doing what the time out is set for which may be a trf to extension 101.

So checking on this I verified night mode is off and switched it back and forth just in case.
I have tested this on a landline with the same results.
This is a POTS setup to the system.

Thank you for your help

Then it sounds like someone changed a setting on MB 47-13. With an extension number plan as 101-1XX, the digit 1 in 47-13 for table 1 should be un-screened transfer to XXX. XXX (caps) is any extension beginning with 1.

This is what I found when i checked it out.
If I understand it looks like this is what you are saying it should look like?

Yes, that looks correct. assuming dial action table 1 is the one being referenced. Are you sue the extension dialed is not set to call forward all to the receptionist's phone?
Check MB 24-09 for call fwd settings. Check MB 93-01 station status for anything that looks out of place.
I would need to see the database to troubleshoot further. Also, press the VM soft key and make sure the VM is still functioning.
