NEC SL1000: Restricting incoming calls answering to Operator only

Hello everyone,

Can you please suggest a solution to this issue: I have 5 lines and whenever I recieve an incoming call the Operator NEC telephone rings but other users can see a line button blinking and can answer the call bypassing the Operator.

I am new to the PBX scene. How can I make it so that only the operator can answer incoming calls then Operator can transfer to the wanted personal.

One of our staff saw the blinking Line button on telephone and picked up the call bypassing the operator (this is the main issue).

15-07 remove the line keys from the phone.

In 14-07 you can create trunk access maps and in 15-06 you can apply these access maps to extensions. These will let you control whether each extension has access to Incoming, Outgoing, and/or Trunks on Hold.
