NEC SL 2100 Combined Paging

Hello, I'm trying to combine external speakers (zone 1) with internal phones (group 1) I have checked that all my phones are in group 1 and my Zone speaker in 1. Programmed a function key as "PAGE EXT ALL" But is still not combining the page outputs. Page is working fine and accomplished by selecting internal or external, but not combined.
Any help shining a light on this is appreciated.!
