I want to ask about ACD in NEC Sl 2100, what should I prepare and program in this feature? Has anyone implemented this ACD feature?

if we want to try to capture report via debug terminal, what item should we change the tcp port in the 10-20-?
because according to the ACD_setup manual it's only 10-20-01 which means it's for "CTI Server"

can the extension from the ACD Group Pilot Number be called internally?
because to make an extension of the ACD Group Pilot Number it "Must be Uniqe"

What happens when you call an ACD station internally? What do you see on the LCD?

Look under ACD Group setting there is a drop down box that should allow for internal calls. By default I believe this is off.

after we test the call to the ACD Group Pilot number, the result is a busy tone

ACD is a trunk only system. Meaning only outside lines can call into an ACD. You can transfer an outside call to an ACD.

Check 41-14-08. This allows internal calls when logged off the group. At default it is disallowed.

Ok thanks for your support, we mean if all agent conditions are on duty, we still can't call internally the ACD group pilot number

I think you could set up a virtual loopback to enable this as the call will then be seen as coming in via a trunk even though you dial an extension number to get to it.

I have done what Ozzie said and it does work. ACD is a trunk function.
