your looking for a feature called "Caller ID Class"
click on NEAX2000/NEAX1000
then IPS
then the IPS Features and Specs Manual
look for caller id class and it should point you on thre right direction.
you may also want to pick up the Command manual when your there. it will have some of the programming required for Caller ID Class.
