Hi guys,

I'm having trouble after it was included in one more digit cell phone numbers in Brazil.
But this change is only a few states.

If I dial the following the call is made successfully:
0 + Operator Code + Area Code + number (8 digits)
Example: 0 + 21 + 41 + 98765432

However, if I dial the a number with nine digits the call does not complete:
0 + Operator Code + Area Code + number (9 digits)
Example: 0 + 21 + 12 + 998765432

Help me, please.

The real number for which I am trying to call is 0+21(OC)+12(AC)+ 958785794
I ran these commands:
COMMAND=200
200>0
200>0:A126-

COMMAND=8AA000
8AA000>0
8AA000>0:4005-

COMMAND=8A4005
8A4005>95
8A4005>95:0009-

COMMAND=8A0009
8A0009>1
8A0009>1:00914-
8A0009>2:NONE-
8A0009>3:NONE-
8A0009>4:NONE-
DATA ERROR

It appears that a maximum digits is set to 8:
COMMAND=855
855>95
855>95:08-
So I just made the switch to 9, I tried call, but did not work:
COMMAND=855
855>95
855>95:08-09
OK

Can give me some guidance to from here?

*I would like to take training but have not found in my city.

0 is your LCR access code. The actual number that you are dialing begins with 21. In 8A4005, what do you have for 2, or 21? Also, your maximum digits is 13. (21+12+958785794) for the lead digit 2, or 21 if it is broken out to more digits.

I ran the command to 8A4005 and got this:

COMMAND=8A4005
8A4005>21
8A4005>21:WRONG-
8A4005>2
8A4005>2:0003-

COMMAND=8A0003
8A0003>1
8A0003>1:00314-
8A0003>2:NONE-
8A0003>3:NONE-
8A0003>4:NONE-
DATA ERROR

Any number starting with the digit 2 is using table 003 and trunk route 14. Now check command 855 for digit 2 to see how many digits are allowed.

Something doesn't sound right here! Wrong number of digits, perhaps something is set different. What is the setting for your trunk route in Cmd 3576?

Well, with your help we managed to solve the problem.

I discovered that my number begins with 02 actually, because to get phone to dial as follows: 0 (LCR) + 0 + 21 + 12 + number

So I ran this command and changed the value to 15:
COMMAND = 855
855> 02
855> 02:13-15
OK

Now is working perfectly!

Again thank you very much!
