HI,

on my NEX NEAX 2000 when trying to transfer calls from the main station to an employee voicemail it doesn't work, only transfer to the main welcome message, but when transferring from any other station it works fine. is there a way to fix this on that station using CAT mode.

Thank you

Verify the extension is set to call forward to VM and a mail box exists for that station.

I checked it and it's set to forward to VM and the mailbox exist for some reason it goes to the main greeting not the voice mail but when I try transferring from a different stations it goes to voicemail.

It sounds like the owner of the mail box selected an option that they don't want. You can log into the VM and compare the COS settings with a mail box that works like you want, or you can try to delete the mail box and re-install it. That will build the mail box back using default settings. The user will have to set it up again as new.

Yes the calls are manually transferred, I think the person at the front desk programmed something on that station by mistake I am just wondering if there is any way to fix this from that station because I am almost positive that this is what happened.

Watch the display as you transfer the call and see what it tells us!

this what showed up on the display CNF NANS 3001 V-Mail

That means, Call Foward No Answer to extension 3001 (voice mail). Usually the VM pilot in this case would be extension 3000 which is or should be the pilot number of a UCD group. 3001 is probably the first VM extension.
Try calling 3000 and see if it rolls into the VM. If so, then reprogram the CF/NA from 3001 to 3000. This insures that the VM will answer properly in the UCD group. When you call a member of a UCD group it will not roll over if it's busy.
