NEC Elite IPK - VM doesn't P/U when caller uses Name Dirctry

I have the NEC Electra Elite IPK. I'm running into an issue where half my employee's ext's arent going to VM when an outside caller uses the Name Directory for that employee. What happens is it rings and rings at their desk instead of going to their VM. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

speaker, dial 43 (default CFB/NA code), and dial the VM pilot number; should clear the problem.
