Here is my issue: There is a group of phones in one department that all ring when extension 711 (DID xxx-7711) rings from outside callers. I just added another phone to this department, but it must have previously been in another department so it is not ringing correctly. I temporarily have the guy doing a call pickup, but I need to fix this. I have the manual and have really gone through it, but I do not know the terminology in NEC speak to add this guy to what I would call a Ring Group. Can someone tell me which program I should use to accomplish this?
