I am needing to setup a virtual extension that transfers an outside caller directly to VM during the day/night.
It's basically an overflow from the ACD. I want to setup a virtual so multiple ppl can get VM's from it.

I created ext. 355 in VM, and created port 97/ext.355 in the programming. I set 4-42(cb/fna delay) to No. I just don't know how to set the virtual 355 CB/FNA... I usually do with speaker43, but its a virtual port.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Alright, so I figured out how to forward to VM. From port1 phone I did a spkr 45 extension VMpilot#.
It still rings 3 times before forwarding to VMpilot. Is there anyway for it to forward to VMpilot automatically with no ringing?

Use Speaker 47 plus extension number. 45 is busy no answer, 47 is all calls.
